What you choose to send
The consultation form collects your name, reply email and the travel preferences you enter, such as dates, places, group size, interests and budget. Optional fields can be left blank. Do not send passport documents, payment-card information or medical records in an initial enquiry.
Where it goes
Submitting the form sends the information through FormSubmit to quotepilot.contact@gmail.com for China Sideways to review and reply. The form uses the provider’s anti-spam check. This website does not publish your enquiry or add it to the public culture database.
The delivery provider
FormSubmit processes the submission for email delivery. Its documentation states that form submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days; see its current documentation and privacy information for the provider’s handling. The copy delivered to the email inbox is separate from that archive.
Replying and changes
Your email is used to reply about this enquiry. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing emails and does not authorise a payment. To correct your request, or ask us to remove the email copy of your enquiry, contact quotepilot.contact@gmail.com. Requests about records held by the delivery provider may also require contacting that provider.
